But mistakes happen, and when they do we put them right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When we refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You got the amount wrong.<\/strong> You meant 50 and sent 500.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>The payment went through twice.<\/strong> Whether through your mistake or the system's.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Your card was used without your consent.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>You changed your mind.<\/strong> If you tell us quickly and the money has not been spent yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to ask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Write to <a href=\"mailto:contact@reliefandtrustsociety.org\">contact@reliefandtrustsociety.org<\/a> or call <a href=\"tel:+40743995680\">+40 743 995 680<\/a>. Tell us the date, the amount and how you paid. If you have the confirmation e-mail, attach it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deadline: 30 days<\/strong> from the date of the donation. After that we will still look at your request, but the money may already have been spent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How soon you get the money back<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reply within 5 working days at the most. If the refund is justified, the money goes out within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of our confirmation, by the same route it came \u2014 back to the card or to the account the transfer was made from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We keep nothing back from the refunded amount. If the payment processor keeps a fee of its own, we will tell you beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When we cannot refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the money has already been spent on materials or on a service for a beneficiary. In that case we will explain what it went on and look for a solution together.<\/li>\n\n<li>When the donation was the subject of a sponsorship contract that has already been registered and deducted for tax.<\/li>\n\n<li>When we cannot verify the identity of the person asking for the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you suspect fraud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone has used your card without permission, <strong>tell your bank first<\/strong> \u2014 it can block and recover faster than we can. Tell us as well, at the same time, and we will work with the bank or with the processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monthly donations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A monthly donation can be stopped at any time, with no explanation and no cost. If you set it up as a standing order, stop it from your banking app. If you give monthly by card, stop it using the link in your confirmation e-mail or by writing to us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@reliefandtrustsociety.org\">contact@reliefandtrustsociety.org<\/a>.
