The village water station had been badly damaged by the flood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We received the water thanks to ADRA Romania. We carried it and handed it out in the village. We unloaded the packs straight from the van, hand to hand. The children lent a shoulder too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the water we brought shoes. Several pairs, set out in boxes in front of the village hall. People chose their size there and then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among them was an elderly woman in a headscarf. She picked up a pair of boots and looked at them for a while, without saying anything. That is how we photographed her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you to ADRA Romania and to everyone who came with us to Ostra.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The village water station had been damaged by the flood.
