The flood of 2025 swept away whole households in Broșteni. What it left behind could be seen from the air: a village cut in two by water and mud.
The family's house was rebuilt on a timber frame, with a new roof. We worked together with Vama town hall and with local people.
It was one of those jobs where you could see most clearly that a community which moves fast can do in a few months what otherwise takes years.
