What the site is for
To show what we do, to receive donations and to be reachable. We do not sell products and we do not provide services for a fee.
About donations
- A donation is voluntary and gives you no rights over the association or its assets.
- The money goes towards the association's purposes. If you donate for a particular project, that is where we use it. If the project ends or can no longer continue, we move the money to a similar project and say so publicly.
- The equivalents we show — a bag of cement, a square metre of facade — are real prices from the building site, given so that you have an idea. They do not mean that your money buys that exact item.
- For donations from companies we draw up a sponsorship contract and the documents that go with it.

Card payments
Card donations are processed by NETOPIA Financial Services SA, through their secure payment page. Your card details are entered there and never reach us. Payments are made in Romanian lei (RON) and confirmed with 3D Secure, in your banking app. After paying, you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
If you choose a monthly donation, the amount is charged to your card automatically every month until you stop it. How to stop it is explained in the refund policy.
What belongs to us on the site
The texts, photographs and logo belong to the association or to the people who entrusted them to us. You may quote and share them, naming the source and linking to the page you took them from. Do not use them commercially without our written consent.
If you want to use a photograph in a press piece or in a campaign, write to us. As a rule we say yes.
What we do not guarantee
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the site is always available or free of errors. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will put it right.
The site contains links to other sites — Facebook, the payment processor, our partners. We are not responsible for their content.
Applicable law
Romanian law applies. If a disagreement arises, we try first to settle it by talking; if that is not possible, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update this document. The version on the site is the one in force.
