After the flood of 2025, there was no drinking water left at Ostra. We brought bottled water, pack by pack, straight from the van into people's hands.
Then came the shoes. Dozens of pairs, chosen on the spot, by size.
Of everything we photographed that year, one image stayed with us: an elderly woman in a headscarf, holding a pair of boots and looking at them.
